With 15 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and design, Katie will play a key role in driving Planes’ growth, delivering more market-shifting digital products and supporting the studio’s ambition to become the UK’s best digital product agency.
Formerly Senior Director, Head of Innovation at frog, Katie has a proven track record of helping ambitious brands bring bold ideas to life. She’s partnered with global organisations across industries like hospitality (Marriott, IHG), financial services (NatWest, Barclays), and energy (British Gas, OVO Energy).
Her work includes creating standout products and propositions, from loyalty programs and financial well-being services to new hotel offerings for clients across the globe.

Their track record of delivering award-winning digital products speaks for itself, and I’m excited to help drive even more successful launches. The team, clients, and ambitions for 2025 make this studio an incredible place to be.”
